• Manage multiple small-scale projects concurrently.
• Participate in technical proposal creation and presales activities.
• Organize meetings with client stakeholders and oversee task assignments within the project team.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities to ensure timely delivery and compliance with technical and business requirements.
• Ensure projects are executed according to approved specifications and plans.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve issues and escalate critical risks to stakeholders with recommended actions.
• Handle changes in project scope, schedule, and effort through appropriate validation techniques.
• Ensure all team members follow established implementation methodologies, security policies, and procedures.
• Monitor project performance and provide weekly status updates to clients.
• Oversee resource and task distribution to maintain optimal team productivity.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users when needed.

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in project management, including cost, resource, scope, schedule, and risk management (PMP certification is a plus).
• Experience in managing industrial or manufacturing software projects.
• Skilled in managing human resources within a project environment.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Hands-on technical background and experience.

Personal Attributes

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience managing IT projects, including at least 3 full software development life cycles; Agile experience is an advantage.
• Familiar with backend technologies.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Responsible, ethical, and disciplined in work.
• Team-oriented mindset and high personal integrity.
