Managing projects in the field of information technology (including system integration, cloud-native solutions, software development services, and DevSecOps deployment services), including:

• Serving as the primary point of contact with clients and partners throughout project execution;
• Developing implementation plans and execution methods to ensure timely project completion;
• Managing, tracking, and monitoring progress and quality to ensure project execution aligns with the contract's scope and requirements;
• Identifying potential project risks and implementing timely mitigation measures;
• Receiving client requests and proposing appropriate solutions;
• Reporting and updating project status and progress to the Board of Directors and clients;
• Managing project documents and records.
• Coordinate with accounting for debt collection;
• Other tasks related to project management as required.

Job Requirements:

• Graduated from university or higher in Electronics and Telecommunications, Information Technology, Business Administration, or an equivalent field;
• At least 5 years of experience in IT project management;
• Prefer candidates with experience in Software Outsourcing projects or system integration projects related to DevOps or API Management;
• Experienced in managing medium to large-scale IT projects with enterprise-level partners;
• Prefer candidates with experience working with clients in the banking and finance sector;
• Basic knowledge of information technology (system integration or software development);
• Strong planning skills and familiarity with project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile;
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills;
• Strong work management and teamwork abilities;
• Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, etc.;
• Prefer candidates with project management certifications;
• English proficiency: Basic communication (for projects involving foreign partners), ability to read and understand documents, write reports, and exchange emails in English.
