• Understand Business requirement and Functional Requirement
• Translate Basic Documents and Functional documents from English to Vietnamese
• Collaborate and communicate with Development team to make them understand our product
• Create a development plan and schedule with developers
• Monitor development progress, Evaluate functions to keep the system high quality.
• Report development progress daily to director
• Communicate with different people on our team (developers, Management) when problem or conflict happens

Experience Requirements:

• 2+ years of work experience as a project manager
• Have hands-on experience in software development
• (Nice To Have) Have experience in working in a Product company

Technical Requirements:

• Able to understand technical document (Entity relationship diagram, sequence diagram, activity diagram）
• Able to understand API specification
• Able to understand a system architecture
• Strong knowledge of Waterfall / Scrum methodology

Other Requirements:

• Age: 27 ~ 32 years old
• Able to communicate in English
• Able to communicate collaboratively and constructively with both business team and development team
• Have a strong product mindset to focus not only on technical but also user experience.
• (Nice To have）A degree in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project management
• Passion, Attitude, and Experience is much more important than a degree
