Job Description

  • Participate in project management with a team size of at least 3 members.
  • Estimate assigned workload, create work plans, manage progress, and quality, and oversee team members in the project.
  • Directly lead and execute project tasks to ensure success based on the three core factors (Quality, Cost, and Schedule).

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in project management.
  • Knowledge of programming, testing, and software development processes (waterfall, agile).
  • Strong ability for self-learning, good analytical thinking, and ability to handle high work pressure.
  • Capability in risk management and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in basic and detailed design.
  • JLPT N2 or above (qualification and certificates are not as important).
