Job Description
- Development and management of the new system (mobile and web applications)
- Communicate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and transfer them to the development team concisely and clearly.
- Manage customer expectations, be able to give advice or make proposals about new features or functions, and make recommendations.
- Measure, establish, and manage project schedules and detailed work plans to ensure that all parties stay on track with project requirements, deadlines, budgets, and programs.
- Manage all engineers in the VN team and project.
- Contribute to the team by advising on technical matters to the team and CTO/ CEO as well as reporting any issues to CTO/ CEO.
MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor's degree or up majoring in software engineering, computer science, or relevant Software Development background.
- 3+ years of engineering experience
- 3+ years of experience as Project Manager cum Bridge Software Engineer.
- At least Japanese N2 or equivalent level.
- Strong experience in project management, communication, and customer interface skills.
- Ability to think logically to understand complex business systems
- Team management experience of 3 or more people
NICE TO HAVE:
- App development project management experience.
- Experience in system development or project management for Japanese clients.
