Job Description
- Well knowledge of the developers of IP (Industrial Park)
- Well knowledge PPP law of Vietnam, Investment/Financing structure of PF project
- Searching new water/wastewater/WtE project opportunities, especially related to IP
- Lead the whole process of project development and contract
- Build a new network with government officers, developers of IP
- Pre-F/S and F/S document management and comment
- Support to communication between Korean manager and local players and local government, authority, and institutions
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, etc or Civil, Environment, Architect, Water/infrastructure related.
- At least 7 years working in a similar role
- Fluent in English or Korean
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High responsible, accountable, can work independently & under pressure, willing to learn new things & do new tasks
