• Lead and manage subordinate staff to achieve departmental goals.
• Prepare production lines, equipment, install software, and design processes to support production.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve and address issues related to quality and functionality.
• Ensure that processes and equipment meet requirements and standards.

• Manage and control departmental costs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Good communication skills in a foreign language (English or Japanese N3).
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage a team.
• Knowledge of ISO, QMS, and EMS standards.
• Skills in presentation, report writing, and communication.
• Capability to develop both long-term and short-term plans.
