• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, while proposing and advising on system architecture. Ensure the feasibility, security, and performance of SAP solutions, as well as contribute to system improvement strategies.
• Manage, maintain, and optimize SAP systems (SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP HANA) to ensure stable operation and high performance.
• Perform system upgrades, migrations, and integrate SAP with other systems.
• Design and implement High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions to ensure system availability and recovery capability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP systems and provide effective solutions.
• Conduct system health checks and regular maintenance to ensure the system is in optimal condition.
• Ensure compliance with security regulations and system security policies.
• Support the integration of SAP systems with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Job Requirements

Working experience & Background:

• At least 5 years of experience working with SAP Basis, including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP HANA.
• In-depth experience in installing, managing, and optimizing SAP systems, especially in system upgrades, and migrations from on-premise to cloud, or between different SAP versions.
• Experience in implementing SAP projects (SAP On-Premise, SAP Private Cloud, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)).
• Experience and knowledge of migration tools from ECC to S/4HANA (Software Update Manager (SUM) with Database Migration Option (DMO)).
• Proficiency in Unix/Windows/Linux operating systems and database administration with Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, and MaxDB.
• Knowledge and experience with network protocols related to SAP.
• Experience with system management and monitoring tools such as SAP Solution Manager.
• Experience and capability in enabling SAP Fiori applications.
• Experience in deploying High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions for SAP systems.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, and experience in implementing or integrating SAP with these platforms is a plus.
