We are seeking an experienced and driven IT Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic recruitment team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for technology and recruitment who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong relationships with candidates, and helping to match top IT talent with the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: Source, screen, interview, and place candidates in IT roles across various levels, from junior developers to senior technical positions.
• Build and maintain client relationships: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing consultative recruitment solutions.
• Develop candidate pipelines: Proactively identify and engage with top IT talent using job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Negotiate job offers: Facilitate negotiations between candidates and clients, ensuring fair and competitive offers are made.
• Stay updated on IT industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest technology trends and labor market conditions to advise clients and candidates effectively.
• Mentor junior recruiters (Senior level only): Provide guidance and support to junior team members, helping them improve their skills and achieve their recruitment targets.
• Data-driven recruitment: Analyze recruitment data to improve processes, track key metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, placement rates), and enhance the recruitment strategy.

Qualifications:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within a recruitment agency or consultancy.
• Strong understanding of the IT industry: Familiarity with various technical roles and technologies, as well as the ability to assess technical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to build rapport with candidates and effectively negotiate offers.
• Proactive and goal-oriented mindset: Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS): Familiarity with recruitment software and CRM tools.
• Previous experience in mentoring or training junior recruiters is a plus.
• English: Be good at English communication
