• Conduct market, product, and customer research, and explore popular advertising methods to understand the product and gain customer insights.
• Plan and execute advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok) for products in international markets.
• Develop allocation plans and control advertising costs, continuously optimizing campaigns to achieve business goals.
• Monitor and analyze data, ad metrics, and campaign elements to develop accurate optimization and growth strategies.
• Collaborate with the Media and Product teams to understand the product, ensuring campaigns effectively target customer insights sustainably.
• Continuously update market, product, and competitor information and stay informed about industry trends and advertising platform updates.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar roles. Candidates with experience in Global markets or large-budget campaigns are preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a background in Marketing or Data Science.
• Strong marketing mindset with excellent analytical and numerical reasoning skills.
• Logical thinking with a good data-driven mindset.
• Proactive, hardworking, and eager to grow, with a strong desire to thrive in the Global e-commerce market.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Spreadsheets and data analysis tools is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English (reading and writing) is an advantage.
