We are looking for a creative professional who can handle high-end real estate video production and 3D visualization. The ideal candidate is not just a video editor but someone who understands the real estate market, luxury property marketing, and immersive 3D storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce property listing and luxury videos, including aerial/drone footage when available.
• Create and enhance 3D Matterport tours or similar virtual walkthroughs.
• Apply advanced color grading, motion graphics, and smooth transitions to highlight property features.
• Use Photoshop and other design tools for image clean-up and brand consistency.
• Collaborate with real estate agents/marketing teams to ensure visuals meet brand and market standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate videography, video editing, and 3D virtual tours—portfolio required.
• Expertise with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
• Skilled in Matterport or other 3D/VR platforms.
• Proficient with Photoshop and HDR photo editing techniques.
• Strong sense of luxury property aesthetics and real estate marketing trends.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
