Procurement Group Leader (Tiếng Nhật N3)

Job description:

• Find new suppliers, build, and develop relationships with suppliers.
• Negotiate prices and contract terms with suppliers.
• Evaluate the quality and efficiency of suppliers periodically or as required.
• Delivery progress management of purchased items.
• Manage of small procurement team.
• Optimization work related to improving procurement activities and reducing costs.
• Other jobs are assigned by the Head of the department to support the team and other departments when necessary.

Job Requirement:

• Male, from 28 ~ 32 years old.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering or related major.
• Must be able to read mechanical technical drawings
• Japanese communication, reporting, and work by email. Prefer to know more about English.
• Have at least 5 years of experience in work as Procurement or related which is 2~3 years of working experience as same level in a foreign manufacturing company
• Have communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Be careful and timely at work.
• Cooperative spirit and high responsibility, trustworthiness, and teamwork.

• Working at Long Duc Industrial zone (Shuttle bus: From Hang Xanh/Thu Duc/Ba Ria and Bien Hoa)
• Working days: Monday-Friday (7:45am-4:30 pm, 45' lunch break)
• The 13th months of salary
• 2 times bonus/year.
