 Design and Develop AI Models and Algorithms

• Develop and implement AI models and algorithms using Microsoft Azure technologies.
• Work on AI-driven functionalities such as speech recognition, image processing, and decision-making systems for business applications.

AI Solution Integration

• Integrate AI solutions into existing business systems to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Write production-ready code, deploy AI models, and ensure their continuous monitoring and updates.

Data Flow and Infrastructure Management

• Handle data pipelines, storage, and processing resources to ensure smooth AI model deployment.

Generative AI Development

• Collect and preprocess large datasets to ensure high-quality data for generative AI models.
• Fine-tune hyperparameters and deploy generative AI models into production environments.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI, Machine Learning, and related fields.

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work closely with different teams to align AI strategies with business goals.
• Foster effective communication and teamwork for successful AI implementation.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in AI Engineering or similar roles, including 3 years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision.
• Proficiency in AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with AI frameworks like OpenAI’s GPT, Copilot, or similar.
• Proven ability to develop and refine prompts for AI applications.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLM) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
• Proficient English communication skills.
