• Supervise the complete localization procedure for webtoon materials, encompassing production, quality assurance, and project supervision to guarantee punctual and top-notch delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study.
• Proficiency in Korean, TOPIK level 5 or higher, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT project management, production management in manufacturing, or supply chain management in logistics/distribution.
• Demonstrated experience of at least 1 year in team management or a leadership position.
• Sound comprehension of general production/manufacturing/distribution processes, quality assurance, production planning, and outsourcing principles.
• Ability to handle tasks utilizing data and derive practical insights.
• Proficiency in crafting sales proposals and effective communication skills.
• Proactive approach with the capability to interact and cooperate with diverse teams and individuals.
• Fundamental cultural awareness relevant to the company, preferably with an interest in webtoons or K-Culture.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
