Performance Marketing Executive (Facebook Ads)

• Deploy Facebook Ads and Google Search ads according to the assigned plan for the company's products
• Implement ad campaigns, monitor and optimize the campaigns, and optimize Lead cost and conversion rate.
• Manage the advertising budget for the channel (running a large budget).
• Coordinate with the content and design departments to achieve the highest efficiency in the campaigns.
• Submit periodic progress and performance reports to the Marketing Manager.
• Support other departments as needed.

Requirements:

• Graduated with a Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Economics, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, etc., from top universities such as FTU, NEU, DAV, RMIT, BUV, etc.
• At least 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing, specifically in Facebook Ads. Preference for candidates who have worked in the Education sector.
• Experience running ads with a budget of over 100 million VND per month. Able to deploy various types of product and service advertisements on Facebook.
• Intelligent, hardworking, and kind.
