The Job

• Report to Customer Services Manager Payroll.
• Supervise a Team of two or three professionals.
• Work closely with shared Admin, Accountant, and IT.
• Customer-facing role
• Located in the Ho Chi Minh City office.

The Person

HR2B is looking for an active, mature and talented Payroll Team Leader to join the payroll service team. To apply you must have;

• University degree;
• Over 5 years experience in HR employee relations / C&B / payroll service.
• Good Communication in Vietnamese and English (>=IELTS 5.0)
• Strong computer skills especially spreadsheets
• Calm, friendly, outgoing, experience of supervising staff
• Track record of customer service management;
