Negotiate and execute partnership agreements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to the operation of partnership experience facilities (from the opening)
Create partnership reports and monitor performance
Joint marketing planning and execution with partners

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
2+ years of experience in partnership development, account management, affiliate marketing, brand marketing firm or related field
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Marketing and Sales capabilities
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for building meaningful and impactful partnerships
English / Korean proficiency at a level suitable for job performance
Familiarity with the entertainment or education industry plus.

Salary: negotiable according to capacity / 13th month salary + year-end bonus according to Company policy
5 working days/week: Mon – Fri with flexible working time (check-in:7:30 ~ 9:00), 8 hours/day
