Job Description
- Ability to create and implement sophisticated yet scalable guest hospitality protocols to deliver exceptional customer experience.
- Experiences in building. leading and motivating teams of highly skilled and professional
- Sale & Service staffs, bartenders and other staffs to provide world class service to our upper-class customers.
- Strong network of contacts within the entertainment industry to secure high-quality performers and artists for the nightclub (in collaboration with the Music & Entertainment Director).
- Track records in executing marketing and promotional events to attract a diverse clientele and maintain a vibrant and dynamic atmosphere in the club.
- Track records in achieving and exceeding club-level sales targets.
- Track records in ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing nightlife entertainment, including security protocols and safety procedures.
- Experience in monitoring financial budgets and developing/executing approaches or strategies to increase proftability through cross selling, smart selling while maintaining cost control.
- At east 4 years of experience in a similar role in top nightclubs in Vietnam/oversea with at least 2 vears in a managerial role.
- Excellent communication and issue-solving skills
