• Drive organic visitor growth by overseeing key metrics, analyzing trends, and forecasting growth.
• Develop an acquisition strategy emphasizing SEO, prioritizing opportunities, and ensuring alignment across teams.
• Guide editors and writers in creating a structured content roadmap.
• Collaborate with Brand, Performance, CRM, and other marketing teams to develop end-to-end consumer acquisition strategies.
• Utilize strong influencing skills to translate recommendations into actionable results.

Requirements:

• Over three years of experience in growth marketing, strategy consulting, or business operations within a rapidly expanding B2C organization
• More than a year of experience as a team leader or associate branding manager
• Proven success in delivering business outcomes or developing products that significantly impact company metrics
• Background in collaborating with editorial content teams to enhance channel distribution
• Experience in branding or organic growth marketing
• Comprehensive knowledge or proficiency in SEO
• Background in performance marketing or improving web user experience(UX)

• Competitive income with unlimited growth: Fixed salary of 20,000,000 - 35,000,000 VND/month + commission bonus + performance bonus + spot bonus (if any). Total income up to 60,000,000 VND/month.
