Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex concepts clearly.
- Experience in business process analysis, mapping, and optimization within retail or related domains.
- Proven consulting skills, including stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and solution recommendation.
- Foundational understanding of finance processes related to retail operations and Oracle Retail modules.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Retail applications (e.g., RMS Or any ERP) in techno-functional roles.
- Knowledge of integrations, data flows, and basic SQL or technical concepts to work effectively with development teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications in Oracle Retail or Oracle technology are an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet project timelines.
- Prior experience in global delivery or consulting environments and familiarity with agile methodologies is beneficial.
