Optimization Executive (Digital Marketing)

Digital Campaign Execution:

• Responsible for execution, the day to day running of all Digital campaigns to ensure effectiveness & efficiency in performance management & KPI achievement.
• Keep track and measure daily/weekly/monthly & overall campaign performance, assess against goals (KPI Result, Media Metrics, Cost,…);
• Identify trends and insights, as well as up-to-date technical optimization tactics to continuously improve Digital performance quality with measurable impact on clients' marketing, business activities & our company's development.
• Report campaign progress, KPIs, P&L to COO/CEO.

Media Planning:

• Strategically Develop digital media plans as a solution for the client’s brief (for example: planning for Channel & Ad Format Selection, KPI Volume, Budget Allocation,...)

In your daily work, you will closely cooperate with the Internal team (Account & Digital Planner) to together deliver and ensure the optimal campaign planning & execution.

• At least 6 months of experience working as Optimization Executive/ relevant position;
• Have Optimism and positive energy;
• Have knowledge/experience in Digital marketing;
• Good at math/logical thinking;
• Fast learning & self-sufficient.

• Training about categories: FMCG, Banking, Ecommerce, Fintech, Classified, OTA, Beauty, Education,...;
• Training algorithm in all digital channels: Google, Facebook, Zalo, Linkedin, Tik Tok, DSP,...
