Job Description

1. Assessment of Process Control and Asset Management :

  • Evaluate the efficiency of process control system and asset management protocols in water treatment plants
  • Identify areas for optimization and enhancement to ensure optimal plant operation

2. Procedure review and evaluation:

  • Conduct a comprehensive review of manual system and operational procedure
  • Propose improvement of management system for operation and maintenance activities

3. Assisting HQ engineers for identifying areas of operating improvement and implementing recommendation:

  • Understanding the overall operating process and maintenance process and identifying bottlenecks and areas for performance improvement
  • Implement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce operational cost

4. Report Preparation:

  • Compile detailed assessment reports highlight findings and recommendations for improvement

5. Daily communication and Coordination:

  • Establish and maintain regular communication with local operation companies and maintaining a presence at sites as needed
  • Coordinate effectively with the O&M group in Korea, providing timely updates on plant operations and ongoing improvement initiatives.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferably in Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related major
  • Proven experience with over 10 years in operations and maintenance within the water treatment industry
  • In-depth knowledge of water treatment process, process control system, and asset management
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying assessment results and collaborating with various stakeholders
  • Proficient in English with verbal and written communication skills in communicating skills
  • Ability to effectively commutate daily business and technical information
