Job Description

  • Steer the end-to-end sales pipeline, ensuring rigorous CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting across the commercial division.
  • Champion deal-stage protocols, meticulous commercial reporting, and compliance with sales frameworks.
  • Proactively identify and eliminate bottlenecks or overdue tasks to accelerate the overall sales cycle.
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with a select portfolio of high-value, strategic enterprise clients.
  • Act as a senior advisor for major deals, balancing this effectively with operational leadership (rather than carrying a standard Account Manager quota).
  • Drive the professional growth of junior to mid-weight sales professionals through hands-on coaching and tailored development plans.
  • Oversee KPI tracking and leverage performance metrics to conduct objective, constructive performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing division to optimize lead generation, campaign strategies, and partnership initiatives.
  • Progressively take ownership of the Customer Success (CSM) framework, monitoring client health metrics to maximize retention, renewals, and upselling opportunities.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 8 years of robust experience in B2B Sales, Commercial Operations, or Sales Management, coupled with at least 4 years in a proven leadership/people management capacity.
  • Deep expertise in pipeline management, sales forecasting, and establishing operational frameworks.
  • Proficiency in leveraging enterprise CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, Zoho).
  • Sharp analytical acumen, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong capability in coaching and team capacity building.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience in IT Services, Software Development, Digital Transformation, or System Integration.
  • Familiarity with Sales Analytics, KPI dashboards, and direct experience overseeing Marketing or CSM functions.
