• Contribute to SAP implementation projects. 
• Possess strong ABAP expertise to review functional specifications, collaborate with functional consultants, and propose suitable solutions. 
• Be familiar with common functional modules such as FICO, SD, MM, QM, PP, PM, and WM. 
• Evaluate algorithms and performance of ABAP programs; skilled in ABAP Debugging, Performance Tools, Runtime Analysis, and SQL Trace. 
• Experience with Reports programming, Dialog programming, Code Optimization, Smart Forms, SAP Scripts, Dialog Programs, User Exits/Enhancements, database design, ALV/ALV OO, BDC, BAPI, OOPs, IDOCs, SAP Query, Substitution/Validation, and SAP Script. 
• Proficiency in SAP workflow and SAP interface with or without PI system. 
• Experienced in Data Migration and Data Uploads using Batch Data Communication Programs (BDC) via Call Transaction and Session Methods. 
• Develop SAP Enhancements and User Exits such as menu exits, field exits, and screen exits based on client requirements. 
• Comprehensive knowledge of ABAP/4 workbench, Data Dictionary, Classical and Interactive Reports using ALV, Dialog Programming, Object-Oriented Programming, SAP Scripts, Smart Forms, and Web Dynpro. 
• Familiar with HANA-supported tools such as Eclipse (for CDS view, AMDP), Web IDE, and SAP Fiori launchpad. 
• Experience in developing and designing Fiori Apps, including enhancing standard Fiori apps and debugging and resolving Fiori issues. 
• Manage and monitor the tasks of ABAP team members. 
• Handle technical issues and coordinate with SAP regarding product issues. 
• Ensure quality deliverables within project timelines. 
• Provide technical training and user support as needed. 
• Support pre-sales activities by providing technical solutions. 
• Serve as a mentor to freshers and junior members. 
• Possess strong expertise in a specialized team.

Requirements:

• Middle level: At least 5 years of experience as an SAP Technical Consultant and participation in at least 5 full cycle projects.
• Senior level: At least 7 years of experience as an SAP Technical Consultant and participation in at least 10 full cycle projects.
• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese. 
• Possess technical knowledge and experience in gap analysis. 
• Have a detailed understanding of business operations to provide optimal solutions to customers. 
• Conduct SAP training using official SAP Education documents. 
• Collaborate as part of the SAP project team and support helpdesk tickets as needed. 
• Demonstrate a strong teamwork attitude, responsibility, ability to work independently, and a capacity for self-study.
