• Bridging in communication between Japanese customers and Offshore project team in Vietnam
• Directly communicate, analyze and transfer customer requests to project team members during the whole development process
• As PM of the project:

- Make a plan, track progress, and manage the Onsiters team.

- Manage project timeline and coordinate with customers and directors in project management. 

• Year of Experience: 3+ years 
• Japanese N2 or equivalent required; English: good communication is prefered
• Having at least 3 years of equivalent experience in the IT industry (developer, BA, etc.) specializing in the Japanese market.
• Having experience of implementing projects of 20 man/month or more is a big advantage.
• Experience working with embedded systems or will be trained in embedded programming.
• Experience in basic design and detail design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with Japanese style business manner. 
• Language: Japanese N2
