Job Description

  • Act as a bridge between Japanese clients and the offshore project team in Vietnam.
  • Work directly with Japanese clients: communicate, negotiate, receive, and analyze software project requirements, then convey them to the project team in Vietnam.
  • Serve as the Project Manager (PM) of the project: plan, monitor progress, and manage the Onsite team.
  • Oversee project execution, collaborate with clients and directors in project management.
  • Support the offshore team in handling Q&A.

Requirements:

  • JLPT N2 or higher, with good communication skills in Japanese.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a BrSE (Bridge System Engineer) or Project Manager role.
  • Ability to code in one of the backend programming languages (PHP/Java/C#/NodeJs...).
  • Experience in coordinating and managing offshore tasks.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational and work management skills.
  • Proactive, with positive thinking and a high sense of responsibility.
  • Candidates with prior working experience in Japan are preferred.
  • For Developers with good Japanese skills: On-the-job training opportunities for BrSE roles are available.
