We are looking for an expert in retail business processes who is seeking new professional challenges.

Join our Microsoft Dynamics 365 consulting team, specializing in the implementation and customization of ERP and POS systems for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing and resolving clients’ day-to-day issues.
• Training and providing consultancy in the Commerce /supplychain domain.
• Designing, configuring the system, and customizing modules according to client needs.
• Creating new solutions.
• Preparing project documentation and user manuals.
• Collaborating with clients.
• Close cooperation with the development team.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Commerce ERP systems.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Commerce consultant.
• Strong communication and teaching skills necessary for client interaction.
• Ability to solve problems independently.
• Well-developed analytical skills.
• Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Fluent English (C1 level).

• Fully remote working (EU timezone) with flexible working hours
• Type of employment: contractor (3 months & extendable)
