• Develop test plans, strategies, and test cases for manual testing in client projects.
• Provide accurate effort estimations for testing or project activities.
• Create manual testing processes for a variety of products, including web, mobile, and POS systems as needed.
• Participate in project operations to ensure the project's quality before release.
• Oversee and manage the quality and progress of the test team.
• Provide training and skill development for all team members.
• Serve as a key liaison to address issues between customers and teams.
• Attend meetings with clients as needed.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong understanding of API testing, database testing, and functional testing.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manual testing.
• At least 2 years of experience in a test lead role.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in manual testing.
• Strong understanding of software testing processes.
• Japanese language proficiency: JLPT N2 or higher.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience or knowledge of performance testing and automation testing is a plus.
• ISTQB Advanced certification is an advantage.
