• Design and Develop AI Models and Algorithms:
• Create AI systems from scratch, focusing on designing and developing custom algorithms.
• Address tasks like speech recognition, image processing, and decision-making for business applications.
• Integrate AI Solutions:
• Implement AI models seamlessly into existing business systems to improve functionality and user experience.
• Write production-level code, deploy AI models, and ensure continuous monitoring, updating, and maintenance.
• Manage Data Flow and Infrastructure:
• Oversee the entire data pipeline, including storage and processing resources, to support AI systems effectively.
• Ensure smooth data flow and robust infrastructure for optimal AI performance.
• Generative AI Development:
• Collect, preprocess, and augment data to prepare it for training generative models.
• Fine-tune hyperparameters and deploy generative AI models in production environments.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in generative AI, machine learning, and related fields.
• Collaborate Across Teams:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure AI projects align with organizational goals.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to maximize AI system success.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.
• Proficiency in programming languages, particularly Python.
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks, including TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Familiarity with tools and frameworks like OpenAI’s GPT, Copilot, or similar technologies.
• Proven ability to design, refine, and optimize prompts for AI applications
• Extensive experience working with Large Language Models (LLM).
• Knowledge of advanced AI techniques, especially Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), is highly desirable.
• Strong proficiency in English, particularly for technical discussions and collaboration.
