• Lead the development team, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Design and analyze system architecture to ensure stability, security, and high performance.
• Develop Java-based applications, APIs, and frameworks as required for various projects.
• Contribute to the development of company products and services, including module development, debugging, and system updates.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Testers to address technical issues and refine product features.
• Align project goals and technical solutions to business objectives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges throughout the development cycle.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
• At least 6 years of hands-on experience in software development, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience managing teams of 10–15 members in large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in Java programming and working with databases such as Oracle.
• Familiarity with CentOS and SQL.
• Strong experience in backend development, API design, and file processing (e.g., PDF, image handling).
• Ability to read and understand technical documents in English.
• Effective team management and operational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with eID, eKYC, and OCR technologies.
• Knowledge of AI development and hardware integration.
• Experience handling big data applications.
• Self-motivated and responsible in completing tasks.
