Lead Frontend Engineer

• Develop and maintain web applications using ReactJS.
• Lead and manage a small engineering team (fewer than 10 members) responsible for designing and building web applications for industry-specific use cases.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, system design, implementation, deployment, code review, unit testing, and product operations.
• Facilitate technical discussions, propose solutions, and manage team progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Guide the team in aligning technical execution with overall project goals and organizational objectives.
• Train, mentor, support, and motivate team members to foster continuous improvement.
• Address and resolve both technical and team-related challenges effectively.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Project Manager.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in web development using modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Strong hands-on experience with React and TypeScript.
• Experience working with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frontend technologies.
• Ability to read, understand, and refactor existing codebases.
• Experience in UI development and frontend architecture design.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools and browser-based debugging techniques.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Previous team leadership or management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Node.js (Express).
• Knowledge of Three.js or 3D-related frontend technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud services beyond AWS.
• Exposure to tools or platforms such as Revit or Forge.
