• Design and deploy scalable ServiceNow ITOM solutions, with a focus on Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping modules.
• Lead cloud discovery initiatives across multi-cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP to maintain accurate CI data.
• Create and manage technical architecture, solution designs, and implementation strategies for ITOM functionalities.
• Configure and customize Discovery patterns, probes, sensors, and reconciliation/identification rules within ServiceNow.
• Build and maintain a structured, high-integrity CMDB with well-defined CI classes and relationship mappings.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to transform requirements into actionable ITOM solutions.
• Provide mentorship and technical direction to junior team members and system administrators.
• Ensure seamless integration between ITOM and other ServiceNow modules or external systems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Discovery and Service Mapping modules.
• Uphold governance standards, security practices, and data privacy regulations in all configurations and implementations.
• Produce and maintain comprehensive documentation, including architectural designs, implementation guides, and operational manuals.

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow, including 3+ years specializing in ITOM modules (Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping).
• Demonstrated expertise in performing cloud discovery within public or hybrid cloud environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Discovery components such as patterns, probes, sensors, MID Servers, and credential management.
• In-depth understanding of CMDB structure, including CI classes, relationship modeling, reconciliation processes, and data normalization.
• Proven ability to architect and deploy comprehensive Service Mapping solutions.
• Solid grasp of networking principles, data center infrastructures, cloud technologies, and application interdependencies.
• Proficient in scripting languages like JavaScript, PowerShell, or Python for custom development within ServiceNow.
• Experience with Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party system integrations.
• Preferably certified as a ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM and/or ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.

• Effective communicator, able to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly self-motivated, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
