Job Description
- Supervise site works to ensure the related construction works meet requirements in terms of specifications and quality.
- Plan the related construction works and reports on progress.
- Prepare and maintain related project documentation.
- Be required to be a representative of the firm in meetings with clients and authorities. As such, a sound understanding of Vietnamese Building Standards is also essential.
- General correspondence.
- Male;
- Minimum 3 years of related work experience;
- Strong knowledge about structure and finish work
- Must have Construction Practice Certificate level 3 or up
- Experience of working for a Japanese contractor is preferable;
- Fair command of English;
- Good skills in MS Office, report
- Good at management small group (4-5pax) will be applied for Senior Site Engineer
- Willing to work at site office from far away HCMC;
