Job Description

  • Build, manage, and continuously develop long-term relationships with customers.
  • Identify and approach new clients through outbound activities such as emails and direct calls.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to prepare proposals and solution outlines for new projects.
  • Act as a key communication bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and accurately conveyed.
  • Monitor assigned projects and proactively coordinate with relevant stakeholders to address issues in a timely manner.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or related roles.
  • Advanced Korean proficiency, both spoken and written (equivalent to TOPIK level 5 or above).
  • Strong English communication skills are highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in IT software or product sales is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage customers clearly and professionally.
