Junior Marketing Executive (Edu)

• Identify potential customer segments in marketing activities and work with other departments to validate them;
• Create and develop content for the company's social media channels (Facebook, Youtube, Tiktok, Linkedin), including writing and thinking up content direction, visual ideas;
• Plan & execute digital communication campaigns (both seasonal and always-on campaigns) while ensuring brand consistency across all channels;
• Collaborate with Media team to manage ads campaigns (Facebook, Google, Tiktok ads) and ensure ROI performance;
• Work together with designers to ensure outstanding creative quality.

Experience

• At least 1 year of experience as Social media/ Marketing or relevant positions;
• Experience in implementing Content for multi-channel Digital Marketing activities.

Knowledge, abilities and skill

• Excellent creative thinking and ideation skills, with a passion for innovative digital concepts;
• Understanding of marketing channels in terms of target audiences, pros and cons, and best practices to produce winning content for each channel;
• Great teamwork and communication skill;
• Logical and critical thinking;
• Excellent management skills and ability to multitask;
• A big plus to have (basic) design skills using tools such as AI, Photoshop, Canva,...
