Job Description

• Team management and Talent development.
• Tasks planning and assignation.
• Help with requirement analysis, design and put high level estimate.
• Identifying risks and mitigation plans.
• Developing high-quality and detailed designs.
• Conducting unit testing using automated unit test frameworks.
• Pull requests review and feedback.
• Using coding standards and best practices to ensure quality.
• Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
• Discover training needs and provide coaching

Job Requirement

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Proven experience as a Java Developer with leadership responsibilities
• Excellent knowledge of Java SE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, and Microservices Architecture
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead and mentor team members (3-5 members) and ensure the team delivers high-quality code that meets business requirement
• No English required
