Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Set and execute the company’s vision, KPIs, and roadmap to achieve 300% YoY growth.
• Supply Chain Optimization : Negotiate with global suppliers, ensuring quality control and delivery efficiency.
• Brand Building: Elevate our digital presence across TikTok, Instagram, and Shopify, aligning with Gen Z aesthetics.
• Financial Oversight: Manage P&L, optimize CAC/LTV ratios, and secure funding for expansion.
• Tech Integration: Implement AI tools for trend forecasting, inventory automation, and customer personalization.
• Team Development: Lead remote teams in marketing, customer service, and product curation.

Qualifications

• Proven Experience: 5+ years in e-commerce/dropshipping, preferably in fashion.
