Job Description
- Managing the company's network/server system.
- Handling problems related to computers, software, network equipment, transmission lines in the company.
- Identify, diagnose, and solve problems for users of personal computers, computer software and hardware, networks, and the Internet within the company.
- Provides end-user installation and configuration support for desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Solve computer hardware problems and e-mail, Internet, dial-in and network access problems.
- Help install local networks, cabling and devices such as network cards, hubs and switches.
- Experience: >= 03 years
- Graduated from university or higher majoring in: IT, Electronics and Telecommunications, Computer Network Administration, Mathematics, Computer Science.
- English: TOEIC or equivalent conversion: 450
