Job Description

  • Act as 2nd level support in Global team;
  • Handle incident ticket, support customer via Service Management Tool;
  • Frequently communicate with customer via email, phone call;
  • Analyze and Understand customer issue;
  • Cooperate with other group (L3 support…), identify root cause and solution;
  • Troubleshooting, resolve ticket or escalate to L3 support;
  • Ensure team KPIs.

Must have:

  • In-depth knowledge of: Windows OS (Windows 7 & 10), Microsoft Office & Office 365 applications, PC/Laptop hardware, PC/Laptop peripherals, including printers, Mobile devices;
  • Basic knowledge of: Active Directory, Exchange & Apple OS;
  • Have background in Business English/ English related field;
  • Have 2+ years working experiences;
  • Good English communication and time management;
  • Able to work independently or team player under high pressure;
  • IT Support/ Helpdesk experience is advantage;
  • Microsoft Share-point platform, Microsoft Office is an advantage.

Desired Experience:

  • Computer OS/Peripherals troubleshooting;
  • Handling Different PC Operating Systems (Windows 7/8 and 10);
  • Performing Hardware Software Installation (understanding of deployment tools like SCCM) ;
  • Basic knowledge of SOE and group policies;
  • Printer support;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools installation & troubleshooting;
  • Excellent customer service and people skills;
  • Field experience supporting a variety of technologies and services;
  • Advanced technical abilities including solid troubleshooting skills applicable to Windows, Apple, and virtual operating systems;
  • Ability to manage time and resources to meet or exceed expectations in high-profile situations while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
