IT Staff (Helpdesk)

• Identify, diagnose, and resolve problems for users of personal computers, computer software and hardware, networks, Internet, phones, printers, email.
• End-user installation and configuration support for computer hardware, software, and peripherals, set up network infrastructure in the factory.
• Instructions on the use of office equipment, essential application software on computers and peripheral devices
• Other jobs are assigned by the Head of the department to support the team and other departments when necessary.

Job Requirement:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Technology, Electronics and telecommunication major.
• English communication
• Experience in Japanese manufacturing company to 1~4 years is preferred.
• Good at the office365 Email system, Firewall, Linux, Windows server, Domain Controller, DNS, DHCP, Camera system's, Time attendance,…
• Be careful and timely at work.
• Cooperative spirit and high responsibility, trustworthiness, and teamwork.
• Candidates residing in Dong Nai and surrounding areas.

• Working days: Monday-Friday and 1-2 Saturday/months (7:45am - 4:30pm, 45' lunch break)
• Shuttle bus: 4 routes (From Hang Xanh, Thu Duc, Bien Hoa and Ba Ria)
• 13-Month salary + bonus 2 times per year.
