We are looking for a talented Senior Fullstack Developer to join the AdTech engineering team of a leading European on-demand delivery platform. Operating in over 70 countries, our systems serve millions of users daily through major global brands such as Foodpanda, Talabat, Foodora, and PandaMart.

In this role, you will be at the heart of our High-Load AdTech ecosystem, building everything from Campaign Management tools to Audience Segmentation and Performance Analytics Dashboards. This is an opportunity to work on a global scale where your technical decisions directly impact millions of transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Fullstack Development: Drive both Frontend (React) and Backend (Golang) development within a robust Microservices architecture.
• AdTech Innovation: Build and optimize features for global advertisers, including campaign management and real-time performance analytics (Looker Studio integration).
• Scalability & Performance: Design and implement high-concurrency solutions capable of handling massive traffic with low latency.
• Global Collaboration: Work closely with the Singapore-based engineering team (SGT timezone) to align on architecture and product flows.
• Technical Excellence: Maintain high code quality through rigorous Unit Testing, Code Reviews, and a strong "Observability" mindset (logging, monitoring).

Technical requirements

1. Frontend (Core Focus - Must have)

• 5+ years of experience with React, Redux, and TypeScript.
• Proven track record in building complex SPAs, optimizing performance, and handling sophisticated asynchronous logic.
• Deep understanding of Micro-frontends architecture, advanced caching strategies, and cross-browser compatibility.

2. Backend (Golang - Must have)

• Golang Development: Expert in designing RESTful APIs, routing, and middleware.
• Go Fundamentals: Strong grasp of Structs & Interfaces, including embedding, abstraction, and reusable design patterns.
• Concurrency: Deep understanding of Goroutines, Channels, and Mutex—ability to explain and apply these in real-world high-load use cases.
• Security: Experience with OAuth, JWT, and session vs. token-based authentication.

3. System Design & Infrastructure

• Architecture: Solid experience with Microservices; knowing when to choose them over Monoliths and how to scale Golang services under heavy load.
• Database & Caching: Proficient in SQL/NoSQL design, indexing, query optimization, and Redis (specifically cache invalidation strategies).
• DevOps: Experience with Docker (multi-stage builds) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions).
• Deployment: Familiarity with Blue-green deployment and achieving Zero-downtime.

Communication & Reasoning

• English Fluency: Must be fluent in English, with the ability to clearly articulate technical architectures and complex data flows.
• Technical Reasoning: Ability to defend technical decisions and provide clear rationale when questioned about alternative solutions (e.g., "Why this framework over X?").
• Mindset: Proactive, fast-paced, and comfortable in a diverse, international environment.

• Contract Type: Long-term project; initial 12-month contract with high renewal potential.
