• Identify the recruitment needs & make recruitment plans & strategies ( monthly, quarterly).
• Managing the interview, assessment, and shortlisting processes.
• Build, broaden IT network & sourcing candidates for recruiting positions.
• Supervising the recruiting team and reporting on its performance.
• Other activities for employer branding purpose.
• Organize and coordinate company events.
• Consult directly with HR manager.

• Major in Business Management/Human Resource Management/Economic/ Foreign Languages.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in IT companies.
• Possessing a large database and a wide network in the IT field.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment process and interviewing techniques.
• Solid knowledge of IT services and the labor market.
• Excellent persuasion and negotiation, motivational and communication skills.
• Good job assignment skills.
• Positive thinking & results-oriented with logical thinking.
• Good communication in English or Japanese.

• Salary: Negotiable.
