Position Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Creative Designer based in Vietnam to support our North American marketing team. In this role, you’ll create and execute fresh, high-quality designs across digital, print, web, and performance channels, with a strong emphasis on UX/UI design for conversion-driven experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing and product teams to develop on-brand, performance-driven creative assets, support UX/UI design for landing pages, web experiences, and product interfaces, produce and edit video content, and help maintain a cohesive visual identity across all touchpoints. This role will play a key part in optimizing creative and user experiences for engagement, reach, conversion, and ROI.
Responsibilities
- Design and support UX/UI for landing pages, website experiences, and conversion flows, with a strong focus on usability, clarity, and performance.
- Partner with Growth and Marketing teams to optimize page layouts, hierarchy, and interaction patterns to improve conversion rates.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and design systems in Figma, ensuring scalability and consistency.
- Support product UI needs where required (light UI support, marketing surfaces, feature visuals, in-app promotions).
- Apply UX best practices informed by data, experimentation, and user behavior (A/B testing, heatmaps, performance insights).
- Ensure responsive design execution across desktop, tablet, and mobile experiences.
- Participate in creative sprints with the Growth/Performance Marketing team to generate impactful concepts for paid channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and Connected TV (CTV).
- Review performance data in partnership with the Senior Performance Manager to refine creative assets, improve hit rates, and help lower customer acquisition costs (CAC).
- Support the production of assets for growth (ads, landing pages, email, website), brand (social media, events, merchandise), and product (packaging, UI support).
- Create and execute fresh, high-quality designs across multiple channels (digital, print, web, display, sales, etc.) from concept to final delivery.
- Work with the Canadian marketing team to ensure all creative assets and layouts are visually compelling, on-brand, and optimized for performance.
- Design and support marketing and product email campaigns for both customer and non-customer audiences.
- Contribute to the development of a cohesive visual identity that reflects our brand personality across all touchpoints.
- Edit video content tailored for platforms like social, CTV, and OOH advertising.
- Interest and ability to utilize AI tools to streamline workflows, support ideation, and accelerate execution.

Qualifications
- 4+ years experience in paid social ad campaigns.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence across visual design, UX/UI, and performance-driven creative.
- High level of proficiency in Figma for UX/UI design, prototyping, and design systems.
- Experience designing conversion-focused landing pages and web experiences.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, including hierarchy, accessibility, responsive design, and user flows.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Butter, and After Effects, plus Adobe Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
- College or University education within the Creative field or equivalent.
- Experience working in an e-commerce environment with a strong focus on conversion and performance.
- Ability to work some evening hours to collaborate with the Canadian team.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Experience working closely with Growth Marketing teams.
- Ability to conduct research and present findings or recommendations clearly.
- Comfortable working in high-volume or fast-paced environments.
- A strong aesthetic sensibility with experience across performance marketing, web, packaging, branding, and digital content creation.
