IT Deputy Manager

• Control hardware systems and setups for computers, servers, and networking equipment.
• Work together with the IT team to implement systems and software while ensuring cybersecurity measures.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of your data.
• Handle relationships with IT vendors.
• Monitor and maintain Cisco storage networking infrastructure, and configure backup databases.
• Research and implement new technology to enhance IT capabilities.
• Update and train subordinates on new technology.
• Guarantee commitment to company regulations related to labor, environmental policies, garbage classification, and occupational safety standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related.
• 3 years of experience in a supervisory role with similar responsibilities.
• English TOEIC 800 or equivalent.
• Knowledge of computer hardware and software, including experience with virtualization, RAID, and backup systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and training skills.
• Strong skills in IT system management and team leadership.
