• Work closely with the Japanese team while acting as a communication bridge to the Vietnamese development team.
• Gather client requirements, prepare documentation, and clarify specifications to ensure full understanding.
• Translate business needs into clear instructions for developers and handle related Q&A during implementation.
• Assist Japanese Project Managers in monitoring progress, resolving issues, and coordinating tasks.
• Design and perform test cases to verify project deliverables.
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings between teams in Japan and Vietnam to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Provide clients with periodic updates and propose improvements when appropriate.
• Join internal training programs and other development activities assigned by management.

Technical Knowledge

• Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle.

Experience

• 3–4 years of experience in an IT Communicator or similar bridging role.
• Experience studying (including exchange programs) or working in Japan for at least one year.

• Age range approximately mid-20s.
• Practical coding experience in front-end or back-end technologies.
• Background in team-building activities or participation in software development projects.
