Job Description

  • Act as a liaison between the Japanese and Vietnamese teams to ensure smooth and effective communication.
  • Lead requirement-gathering sessions, prepare detailed documentation, and clarify client expectations.
  • Translate client requirements into actionable tasks for the development team and address technical inquiries.
  • Assist Japanese Project Managers in monitoring project progress, resolving issues, and coordinating team efforts.
  • Design and perform test cases to verify the accuracy and quality of deliverables.
  • Organize and facilitate productive meetings between teams in Japan and Vietnam.
  • Deliver regular project updates to clients and propose suggestions for continuous improvement.
  • Engage in internal training programs and contribute to staff development initiatives as assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements:

Skills

  • Proficient in Japanese (N2 level or above: speaking, reading, and writing)
  • Basic knowledge of front-end or back-end development
  • Competent in planning and managing projects
  • Effective in tracking schedules and project timelines
  • Able to analyze business needs and system specifications

Knowledge

  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle
  • Ability to interpret and analyze technical and business requirements

Experience

  • Lived in Japan for at least 1 year
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Bridge System Engineer (BrSE) or IT Communicator

Preferred Qualifications

  • Studied at a Japanese university (including exchange programs) or worked in a Japanese company
  • Hands-on experience in either front-end or back-end development
  • Previous experience in mentoring or team building
