• Primary Responsibilities:
• Conduct financial analysis of loans, credit structures, and real estate development projects.
• Structure and evaluate credit arrangements and loan terms.
• Assess collateral and review legal covenants to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
• Analyze the tax implications of investments, including withholding tax and cross-border impacts.
• Secondary Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with fund administrators and auditors to ensure timely fund accounting and reporting.
• Manage the investor database to facilitate accurate and timely investment distributions.
• Oversee relationships with investment brokers and custodians to maintain efficient fund operations.

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in asset management, Investment banking, Insurance and Investment Fund specializing in fixed-income, credit, or private debt.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to various investment types.

Nice to have:

• CFA certification or equivalent.
• Background in accounting or law.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology.
