Industrial Cleaning Project Manager

• Responsible for managing revenue and expenses generated by the project.
• Ensure the required number of personnel working at the project.
• Develop recruitment plans to supplement or replace personnel at the project.
• Conduct regular inspections at supermarkets.
• Distribute uniforms, tools, and chemicals.
• Coordinate with the technical unit to handle and repair damaged equipment (if any).
• Replace the Supervisor to coordinate personnel (in case of Supervisor's leave or other issues).
• Summarize attendance and propose salary payments for official and seasonal employees.
• Create a list of equipment, tools, and chemicals that need replacement or new purchase.
• Prepare quotations from external technical units when machinery, equipment, or facilities are damaged.
• Supervising projects at Lotte District 11, Tan Binh, Go Vap, Binh Duong

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in the industrial cleaning service is an advantage.
• Priority given to candidates with means of transportation and willingness to travel between supermarkets.
• Proficient in Excel, enthusiastic at work.
