Implementation Consultant Lead

• Act as a bridge between the product development team (PO/PM) and internal users during the implementation of internal software systems (ERP, CRM, Logistics Tech, etc.).
• Lead the IC team through software implementation phases, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), conduct real-world testing, and assist in issue resolution.
• Plan software rollouts by region or functional group; closely coordinate with departments such as Customer Service, Warehouse, and Operations.
• Develop training materials and organize knowledge transfer sessions for end-users.
• Collect and compile user feedback to improve the product and communicate changes to relevant departments.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and evaluate the performance and capability of the IC team.
• Report implementation effectiveness, identify risks, and propose improvements to the CPO or higher-level management.
• Willing to travel for system implementation at branch offices or provincial units.

Requirements:

1. Education:

• Bachelor's degree or higher from a formal university program.

2. Work Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in the role of an Implementation Consultant (IC) or in internal software implementation.
• Experience working in a cross-departmental, multi-functional environment.
• Candidates with experience in logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain operations are highly preferred.

3. Skills:

• Proficient in internal software implementation processes, with strong knowledge of operational business workflows.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and team coordination skills.
• Ability to write user guides and possess systematic thinking.
• Skilled at working with various stakeholders, including Product Owners (PO), Developers, QAs, and internal users.
