1. Software completion stage:

• Participate in software testing activities with the testing departments of the project
• soft.
• Create a detailed inspection report of tasks that need editing.
• Evaluate the completed features of the project.
• Build test panels for customers.
• Get feedback from customers, and improve the functions that customers request.
• Notify and convert preliminary software versions to customers.
• Coordinate with the programming department to complete the software until customers are satisfied.
• Act as the main point of contact during the software deployment process for users' applications/customers, with support as needed from the implementation supervisor or product manager
• Collaborate with Project/Product Management, Engineering team, and team members to create plans
• Implementation planning, and creation of training materials and videos.
• Manage implementation tasks and coordinate activities with project management, Engineering team technicians, users, trading partners, and other implementation team members.
• Actively contact and follow up with users to accelerate their project completion progress one by one continuously.
• Support internal users in using internal software.
• Identify and communicate implementation issues and escalate them to appropriate parties.
• Meet quality goals and go into operation as requested by superiors
• Going on business trips to deploy software for customers in the province

2. Software deployment stage

• Receive customer comments about using the software.
• Plan to create software according to customer requirements.
• Design documents on how to use the software for customers.
• Start installing software information systems for customers.
• Deploying software activities for businesses.
• Training staff at the enterprise to use the software.
• Answer questions, edit customer requirements if any in part implementation software error...

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in software deployment or related positions such as information systems administration, network administration, etc.
• Can use English (reading, writing)
• Willingness to travel to other provinces, if required.
